Thankyou for your booking. Please read the following conditions and if you are happy to agree to them, fill out the booking form below and hit the SEND button to email us through your booking.

THIS HOLDS YOUR TENTETIVE BOOKING FOR 1 WEEK. A 50% DEPOSIT BY EITHER DIRECT DEBIT TO OUR RIVERZEDGE RETREAT BANK ACCOUNT OR BY CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER IS THEN REQUIRED TO CONFIRM THE BOOKING. FOR BOOKINGS DURING OUR BUSY SEASONS I.E. EASTER, XMAS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND LONG WEEKENDS, THE BALANCE IS REQUIRED 2 MONTHS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. OVERSEAS VISITORS PLEASE EMAIL FOR PAYPAL OPTION. PAYPAL OPTION HOWEVER INCURS A PAYPAL FEE. We’ll email you when we’ve received the deposit.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY BY DIRECT DEBIT PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU EMAIL US WHEN YOU HAVE SENT THE DEPOSIT. IN THE DESCRIPTION SECTION OF THE DIRECT DEBIT FORM PLEASE PUT YOUR SURNAME AND THE DATE YOU WILL CHECK IN eg SMITH June 6. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT AS WE GET MANY DEPOSITS.

DEPOSITS

If you would like to pay the deposit by cheque or money order, please make money order or cheque out to RIVERZEDGE RETREAT and post to Riverzedge Retreat Lot 2/12 Willmott Ave Margaret River 6285 and a brief note with your name and date of the booking. Please note: THERE IS NO REFUND ONCE DEPOSIT IS PAID SO PLEASE BE 100% SURE.

FINAL PAYMENT

Can be made in cash on arrival at manager’s house on the property. For group bookings, please organise the cash before you arrive. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT HAVE CREDIT CARD FACILITIES BUT THERE ARE PLENTY OF ATM’S IN TOWN.

SIZE OF PARTY

The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number specified on booking. Let us know if numbers increase and we can tell you if we can accommodate the extra people and we can organise bedding and linen. If the numbers do increase, an additional charge will be payable for each extra guest for the length of the entire booking. As we have ducks and moorhens on the river, pets are not allowed, sorry.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

It is a beautiful house so we ask guests to take all reasonable care of the property. If any damages or breakages occur please report them to the manager as guests will be liable for any breakages or damages caused to the property during their stay. It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked and that the property is left in a clean and tidy state. In the event that the property is not left clean and tidy the guest will be liable for the cost of excess cleaning.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES

Check in is 3pm and checkout is 10.00am.

LINEN AND TOWELS

We will supply all linen. This includes pillows, 100% wool doonas, extra blankets, sheets, towels , bath mats and tea towels.

CANCELLATION

There is no refund once deposit is received so please discuss the booking with other guests and be 100% sure prior to paying deposit.

ENVIRONMENT

It’s a green, clean house so no smoking indoors, shoes off, recycle and please don’t waste energy. Also please note. The Riverzedge is a retreat it is not a Party House. Please have fun, but respect the neighbours and keep noise down after 10.30pm.

INSURANCE

Guests are recommended to take out their own travel insurance.

MASSAGE

Available on request if Hiromi is in town. Please book in advance.
